Setting the benchmark for speed, efficiency & ease of operation, the Cool Boy is the innovative forklift vacuum lifting machine ideal for lifting horizontal & vertical insulated wall panels. The Cool Boy is the first single-pad vacuum lifter to be introduced into the Australian market.
The Cool Boy is suitable for all types of smooth and lightly-profiled wall panels. It features a range of interchangeable rubber gasket types, allowing for a range of lifting applications to various non-porous materials including glass and polished stone.
Used in conjunction with a telehandler, forklift or crane, the Cool Boy is most effective when paired with a forklift jib attachment, providing for additional range and seamless installation of insulated sandwich panel.
The Cool Boy complies with all current Australian and worldwide legislation and is available for hire across Australia.

Convenient
Coupled with the forklift crane arm attachment, the Cool Boy can be operated on the end of a forklift jib, allowing for installation of interior wall panels or underneath difficult to reach overhangs.

Able to lift both horizontal and vertical wall panels, the Cool Boy is rotatable through 360 degrees with locking facility at each 90 degree interval. A range of interchangeable rubber seals are available for glass lifting and lifting of other non-porous materials.

Incorporating advanced safety measures such as low vacuum and low battery audible warning systems, the Cool Boy holds a large vacuum reserve, ensuring peace of mind when installing large insulated panels.
